基于大数据分析的煤矿安全风险预测系统研究

Study on Coal Mine Safety Risk Prediction System Based on Big Data Analysis

摘要: 为了进一步提高煤炭企业对重特大事故的预测预警能力,加快企业的风险管理向事前预防型转变,统筹国家层面煤矿安全监管及巡检稽查工作,通过对煤矿安全风险预测和大数据分析技术的深入研究,基于大数据分析平台构建了煤矿安全风险预测系统。该系统可对煤矿安全生产态势进行动态展现,对煤矿事故规律进行挖掘展现,对煤矿事故风险进行预测展现,对事故网络舆情进行监控展现以及预测数据的综合管理展现等,与同类系统相比,基于大数据分析构建的预测系统在事故规律挖掘、舆情监测监控、生产调度指挥决策等方面具有一定的优势,能够有效的提高安监部门和煤炭企业的风险防控能力和决策效率。

Abstract: In order to further improve the coal enterprises to major accidents in early warning and prevention capacity, speed up the risk management of enterprises to prevent change in advance, co-ordinate the national level of coal mine safety supervision and inspection work, Through in-depth study of coal mine safety risk prediction and big data analysis technology, A coal mine safety risk prediction system is constructed that is based on the big data analysis platform, The system can dynamically display the situation of coal mine safety production, coal mine accident law, the predict of the risk of coal mine accident, the monitor of accident network public opinion and comprehensive management of forecast data, Compared with similar systems, the forecasting system based on the big data analysis has certain advantages in the aspects of accident law mining, public opinion monitoring and control, production scheduling and command decision, That can effectively improve the safety supervision departments and coal enterprises risk prevention and control and decision-making efficiency.
